Luke Vandore-Mackay has been a chef and food writer for just over 20 years. He has amassed vast knowledge and expertise, curated over the years whilst heading up the Borough Market Demo Kitchen and teaching at The London Barbecue School.
As one of the founders of High Grange Devon, a formidable fire cooking school, woodland feasting and wellness retreat in Devon, you are sure to learn a thing or two from Luke in this 3-hour masterclass.
You'll receive a masterclass in cooking on a Vulcanus grill - a stunning steel-forged grill that combines designer garden centrepiece form with fire-cooking function. What's more, you'll gather to feast on the fruits of your labours around the fire or at big social tables in our beautiful gardens overlooking the water meadows of Tichborne.
Luke has created the following menu:
Lyme Bay mackerel tacos with burnt salsa
Whole duck crown, honey and thyme
Arroz negro (squid ink paella)
Ember-baked cheese, rosemary
Smashed veg, bone marrow
Burnt stone fruits, mascarpone
Tickets include all feasting dishes and the masterclass with Luke. Drinks can be purchased from the bar on the day.
