Kadai

New from Kadai in 2024 is a popcorn maker, with the celebrated fire bowl brand using a fire under a small Kadai to cook popcorn on hot salt, and also an oak cooking plank, inspired by a Native American style of cooking migrating salmon.

Both new products add fresh dimensions to cooking with Kadai, complementing a range that allows you to slow cook using an Argentinian Asado cross, smoke and roast food under the Kadai Lid, bake in the wood-fired oven, or use the cooking tripod.

Once again this year Kadai will be working on some of the leading live fire stages across events, including Smoke and Fire Festival and Pub in the Park. Kadai will also be exhibiting at RHS Malvern Spring Festival and have a further product launch at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
