Monolith

Monolith’s new fire pot with the same half-moon shape of the Smart Grid System and hooking neatly into the frame, further enhances the cast iron accessory range of the Monolith Grill. While the pot’s lid can be used separately as a searing plate – smooth on one side for plancha cooking, ribbed on the other for dry searing – the Dutch oven can be used to cook stews, soups, roasts, one-pot meals, casseroles and baked dishes, as well as braising vegetables.
