Redrow Homes 2023
The Alders is a development of new homes by Redrow at Great Oldbury near the Gloucestershire town of Stroud, on the edge of the Cotswolds. Residents and guests enjoyed a barbecue delivered by BBQ magazine, cooked on a Grillstream from LeisureGrow by Gavin Tunnell of Surrey Hills Smokers and Ian Jones of Food Ideas and BBQ magazine.
There were Korean BBQ chicken wraps, plank smoked salmon and sticky baby back ribs, with sauces and rubs provided by Angus & Oink. The BBQ beer was from Powder Monkey Brewing Co, with wines from Beefsteak Club and spirits from Tidal Rum.
