Sizzlefest – Socal, Southampton
This year saw the third annual Sizzlefest, held at Socal in Southampton, drawing BBQ enthusiasts and pitmasters from across the world.
Sizzlefest mixed fire cooking demonstrations with live music. Brands featured and showcasing their products included Weber, Yeti, Gozney, Smokey Rebel, Tubby Tom’s and BBQ magazine, while the talent on show included Chris ‘T-Bone Chops’ Taylor, butchers Simon Taylor and Ben Tindale, Chuds BBQ from Texas, Wilson’s BBQ, Marcus Bawdon and Matthew Burgess.
