Smoke & Fire Festival 2023
Smoke and Fire, with BBQ magazine the festival’s media partner, once again lit up Ascot Racecourse with its blend of great BBQ feasting alongside family fun. There was a Feast from the Fire tasting menu created by renowned fire chef Julian Brown, a live fire demonstration stage, as well as a Steak Cook-Off competition. BBQ Alley showcased a range of barbecues and smokers. There was plenty of BBQ food, rubs, sauces and condiments on show from award-winning vendors and pop-up restaurants, together with eating contests and a great line-up of live music.
